As requested by Ramon Garrote, I have created an updated World Map of Learning Management Systems. The initial map was done one year ago in August 2012. At that time, I had information on about 5100 Colleges and Universities. I now have information on over 5600 Higher Educational Institutions. If you look at sheer numbers of countries, Moodle is still the clear winner with 115 of the 138 represented.
