SUNY Rockland Community College Selects Portfolium for Digital Badging
Rockland Community College (RCC) has chosen Portfolium to provide students with the ability to showcase competencies gained through their co-curricular and curricular experiences.
RCC students will be able to automatically earn digital badges for skills learned in the classroom and display them in their ePortfolio.
Portfolium's full-integration with RCC Blackboard Learn will allow Faculty and staff to make course assignments count towards digital badging pathways and will also allow, down the road, to perform course, program, and institution-wide learning outcome assessment for all students.

University of Bath Partners with Wiley Education Services to Launch First Fully Online Programs
In a new partnership with Wiley Education Services, the University of Bath will launch its first fully online master’s degree programs.
The University, which already has several distance-learning programs requiring physical attendance, will now offer fully online courses that do not require a campus presence and can be completed entirely remotely.
Curtin University names Gartner MVP as CIO
Curtin University, which is in the midst of revamping its technology development across its teaching, research, and commercial operations, has chosen Jason Cowie as its new CIO starting in January next year.
Cowie will oversee the deployment of smart campus technology across the university’s six campuses.
